In May of 2018, TerraCotta Restoration replaced my wood shake roof with Presidential TL asphalt shingles. I am very pleased with this company’s service. First, their representative, Gage, worked with me and with my HOA to get the shingles approved. Second, the estimate to do the work was very competitive with three other roofing companies which had provided bids. Third, Gage communicated constantly with me, letting me know schedule and timing and Tim, the owner, came by to introduce himself to me. They provided insurance certificates and a signed contract. Fourth, the workers protected my driveway and the landscape around the house with tarps. And fifth, they cleaned up the area after the roof was complete, including cleaning my gutters. These guys were first class all the way. The roof looks great and the City of Centennial inspected and approved TerraCotta’s work. A+++ BBB Review
